PRICING
All of our prices listed include VAT but exclude delivery costs. Delivery charges are clearly highlighted for each product on the website and calculated automatically and added to your order with the exception of bulk quantities where you will need to contact us.
Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
In the unlikely event of an error, we reserve the right to amend orders that include the incorrect price. If you do not wish to accept the amended price order you will have the option to cancel that order and will be refunded.
DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of order receipt. Delivery is conducted by our agreed courier partners with the exception of bulk quantities where you will need to contact us at the point of order to enable us to agree a mutually convenient delivery date.
SECURITY
Information security is very important to us. Payments are processed on the site are via an approved and secure payment gateway.
Payment for all goods and services, either by credit, debit card, or Paypal will be taken from your card at the time we receive your order once we have checked your card details and stock availability. Any payment made to us will be refunded if we do not accept your order.

LOSS AND DAMAGE
Oakey Cokey Ltd offer a 30 day no quibble refund on products that are damaged upon arrival.
The carriers and ourselves must be advised within 3 days of receipt, a photograph of the damaged item and the carriers note which has been signed for as damaged will be required to be sent to Oakey Cokey Ltd.
